Elshan Azadi (1994 Iran) is an interdisciplinary artist. She started her practice with experimental filmmaking, later moving towards the fields of new media. Her background in the field of Information Technology manifests as interests on artificial intelligence, as well as the relation between technology and materiality. In her work, there is a particular focus on social, gender and science-based art practices, her recent body of work deals with art in public spaces, both in terms of practice plus research and the undetermined encounter with the artwork. She is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Digital Media at the HFK Bremen.
